Do we need a new website?
Not necessarily. Plenty of sites need clearer pages, better proof or a simpler enquiry route rather than a rebuild. We will tell you which applies, including when the honest answer is a smaller job.
Can you improve our existing site?
Yes. We often work on the pages that carry the most weight, such as the homepage, key service pages and the enquiry form, and leave the rest alone. Whether that works depends on how the current site is built, which we check first.
What does the AI handle?
It answers questions from information you have approved, asks qualifying questions, routes enquiries to the right person and, where it suits the business, offers a booking. It does not make things up to fill gaps. If it does not have an approved answer, it hands over.
When does a human take over?
Whenever a question falls outside the approved answers, a visitor asks for a person, or the conversation involves something sensitive such as a complaint, a pricing negotiation or anything specialist. The handoff includes the conversation so far, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
How do you charge?
Project work is scoped and quoted as a fixed fee, agreed before anything starts. Ongoing search or assistant support, where it is needed, is agreed separately. The price depends on what the work actually involves, so we do not publish a rate card.
What affects delivery time?
Mainly the scope, how quickly content and approvals come back from your side, and the integrations involved, such as calendars or a CRM. We agree a timeline with the scope rather than quoting a number before we understand the job.
What happens after launch?
We check that everything works in the live environment, including forms, notifications and handoff. After that, you can run things yourselves, or agree ongoing support for search visibility or assistant tuning. You own the site, the content and the enquiries it produces.
