These terms cover use of growth-kings.com and, at a high level, the basis on which Growth Kings takes on client work. They're written in plain language; a signed proposal or agreement for any specific engagement takes precedence over this page.
1. Using this website
This site is provided for the purpose of informing you about Growth Kings and letting you get in touch. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. The services we describe
The site describes website improvements and rebuilds, search and AI visibility work, and AI enquiry assistant implementation. Descriptions on this site are illustrative of our general approach; the specific scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for any engagement are set out separately and agreed before work starts.
3. Pricing structure
Project work, such as a website improvement, rebuild or assistant build, is scoped and quoted as a fixed fee agreed in advance. Ongoing search visibility or assistant support, where engaged, is agreed separately, since that work continues after launch.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Growth Kings unless otherwise stated. For client engagements, ownership of the delivered website, code, and content transfers to the client as set out in the applicable agreement.
5. Case studies and client references
Case studies and client references on this site are presented accurately, including where work predates Growth Kings itself. See the work page for attribution.
6. No warranty on site content
This website is provided "as is." While we try to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee that it is free of errors, and it doesn't constitute a binding offer or professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Kings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Chess challenge prize
The "beat the AI, win a free website" offer connected to the chess demonstration on the homepage is informal and entirely at Growth Kings’ discretion. The prize is a website only: it doesn’t include ongoing services such as search visibility work, AI enquiry assistant setup, hosting or domain registration. If you win, we’ll ask you to verify who you are and, where relevant, the business the website is for, before any work starts. We’ll also confirm the specific scope, eligibility and any limits with you directly. Full published terms for this offer are still being finalised.
